All e mail bookings must be confirmed by some form of deposit or credit card number with a phone call preceding the trek. 0800437837
Payment in full is required prior to departure
Cancellations:
A refund of monies paid is available on the following bases.
If notice is received: within 24 hours of trek departing – Full Refund.
If weather conditions result in a cancellation – Full refund
On day of trek – 50% Refund
No Show – No Refund
