Directions
Hare Hill is in Deborah Bay which is approximately 20 minutes drive from the centre of Dunedin New Zealand.
By car
To find us by car, you drive to the historic town of Port Chalmers( SH 88), and keep following the road through to Careys Bay. Continue through Careys Bay to Deborah Bay and then to the far side of Deborah Bay where you will see a sign saying “Hare Hill Horse Treks”. Please angle park at the bottom of the driveway on the Port Chalmers side.
For a small charge ( $25 each way), Oliver can also arrange to pick you up from your location in Dunedin and bring you down to Hare Hill for your horse trek.
By bus
If you are travelling by the Port Chalmers bus it leaves from Bus Hub Stop B Tell the bus driver you are going horse riding and he will drop you off at the Careys Bay Hotel, where we will pick you up. You can check the bus timetable here (look for the Port Chalmers bus) .
