Cancellations:
A refund of monies paid is available on the following basis.
- If notice is received: within 24 hours of trek departing – Full Refund.
- If weather conditions result in a cancellation – Full refund. If weather looks unsuitable please ring or text 0274333105 to check on your ride.
- Full refund if your Cruise Shipp decides not to visit Port Chalmers.
- On day of trek – 50% Refund
- No Show – No Refund
